Delphine Engel
Delphine Engel is a native of France, but has lived in the United States for 20 years.  She is married and has 4 children ranging in age from 5 to 11.  Delphine has been a travel agent and hotel reservation manager. She works with the Redeemer Preschool as well as with the After-School Program.
Trinh Pham
Trinh is a native of Vietnam. She graduated from George Mason University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology. She enjoys traveling, playing tennis and of course working with children. She has worked with children from pre-school through 8th grade in various after-school programs and in a Montessori setting.

Roberta Pittman
Director
A veteran educator, Roberta Pittman comes to Redeemer Renaissance with 32 years of  experience in public education.  She has been both a teacher and a technology specialist.  Additionally, she worked for two years as a training consultant for Blackboard Inc. Roberta holds a Bachelor's Degree in Music Education from Heidelberg University in Ohio and a Master's Degree in Music History from the American University in Washington, DC.
Jesse Hughart
Jesse Hughart is an artist and a musician. In his home state of West Virginia, he has worked with children in various settings including The Asset-Building Life Enrichment Program, Riverpark Hospital's Barboursville School, The Time-Out Youth Shelter, and the Boy's and Girl's Clubs of America. He holds an Associate's Degree in Commercial Art from the Nicholas County Career and Technical Center in Craigsville, West Virginia, and has done additional study  in Graphic Design at Marshall University. 
Judith Spokes Cho, Violin, Viola, Piano
Judith Spokes is a versatile musician who has studied several instruments. She pursued Doctoral studies in Violin Performance at the Graduate School and University Center of the City in New York where she studied with Itzhak Perlman. She has performed in France, Germany, China, Israel, Jordan and Bermuda. Ms. Spokes has won many prizes and awards. In 2002 she received a Fellowship to the Norfolk Chamber Music Festival. As part of winning a number of concerto competitions, she has performed as soloist with the Manhattanville Symphony, the Manchester Chamber Players and the Killington Festival Orchestra. Ms. Spokes is a member of the Army Strings.
Charlene WerkingCharlene Werking
Charlene Werking attended Old Dominion University.  She has years of experience in child care and works with the Redeemer Preschool as well as in the after school program.
Heather Bingham, Piano
Heather Bingham holds a BA in Music Education from the University of Utah in
Salt Lake City. She is an accomplished vocalist and pianist, winning vocal
competitions and performing regularly in venues throughout the Washington,
DC area, including at the Kennedy Center. Ms. Bingham has also performed as
a soloist with the New York Chamber Orchestra, in Europe for the AIMS Summer
Festival in Graz, Austria and at other venues in London, England. She has
been teaching students of all ages in the public schools, and in her private
studio for over ten years. Ms. Bingham is the organist and choir director
for her church. Heather enjoys being outdoors and reading.
EJ Ramos, Trumpet
Erik J. Ramos (EJ) is a current trumpeter/bugler of The United States Army Band "Pershing's Own." He earned a BA from Valparaiso University and a MM from Indiana University's Jacobs School of Music. EJ is currently working on his DMA at The Catholic University of America. He has studied under Charles Steck, Edmund Cord, Steven Burns, Rafael Glaser, Vincent DiMartino, Anthony Plog, Charlie Daval, and Steven Hendrickson. As a part of his job with The US Army Band EJ plays at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier at Arlington National Cemetery, the Pentagon, and other venues throughout the Washington, D.C. area. Originally from Saint John, Indiana, EJ has been living in Northern Virginia for the past two years with his wife, Amanda.
Gray SneadGray Snead, Guitar
Gray Snead has been teaching and performing Guitar in the Washington D.C. area for over ten years. Currently teaching in Loudoun County Public Schools, Mr. Snead was previously an instructor of guitar and string bass at the University of Mary Washington. He also teaches guitar and strings privately in the Northern Virginia area. Mr. Snead has a Bachelor of Music degree in Education and Performance from George Mason University, and a Master of Music degree from Virginia Commonwealth University. He is currently working on a Doctorate degree at George Mason University.

Rob Holmes, Saxophone, Clarinet
Rob Holmes has been playing the saxophone professionally for more than twenty years and is currently based in the Washington, DC area where he is performer, educator, and composer/arranger. Rob attended the University of Miami, FL School of Music earning his Bachelor's Degree in jazz saxophone performance in 1989. In 1992, Rob received his Master's Degree in Music Composition from Virginia Commonwealth University. Rob has performed with numerous jazz musicians and ensembles and has recorded 3 of his own CDs. Rob currently records with smooth jazz guitarist and composer, Ken Navarro. Rob can be heard performing regularly with several jazz ensembles, and as the baritone saxophonist with the United States Navy Band Commodores Jazz Ensemble.

Deborah and Marlon Yearwood
Deborah Yearwood was born in Sweden and came to the states when she was two years old. She grew up as a pastor's daughter which had a great influence in her life. She graduated from Rhema Bible school in 2009.  Deborah has worked with children at Prince of Peace Lutheran School. She is currently a youth minister at Grace Ethiopian Church in Springfield. She also has a passion for the culinary arts and hopes to own a cafe in the future.

Marlon Yearwood was born in London, England where, beginning at the age of 6, he had a 13-year award-winning acting career. In 2005, he came to the United States to attend Rhema Bible Training center, graduating from the Pastoral program in 2008 and the extended Pastoral training program in 2009. While at Rhema Bible Training center, Marlon did an Internship with the Axis youth group and volunteered and eventually led the Rhema Bible Church Street Evangelism team. Today Marlon is founder and president of Spirit of Wisdom International ministries and has a strong desire for street evangelism and a passion for youth. He is currently the youth and young adults minister at Grace Ethiopian Church in Springfield.
